Meditation

This six week curriculum designed by our Tai Chi Master and taught by instructor, Ruth Snider. Using Master Jim Scott-Behrends "Seven Steps to Artful Living" this class will take you through a the guided meditation for practice and discussion with other fellow meditation students.
